Vocal Coaching
Vocal instructions are provided in classes throughout the week in preparation for a performance! Coaching includes vocal warm ups, movement to enhance the lyrics, memorization of song lyrics, and helping with solos. The classes enhance singing abilities in each individual and collectively as a group.
Choreography
Choreographers help the children learn dance numbers, how to enter and exit the stage safely, develop new skills for various types of dance styles, and teaches correct staging of props and costumes. Spacial awareness of stage presence helps kids know where to go and how to arrive in a way that is safe and fun for everyone.
Theatre Coaching
Theatre skills are developed through means of acting. Scripts are written based on a yearly Music Forte Theme. Specialized scripts ensure that ALL who want to have a speaking part will get one! Coaching is provided to help kids memorize lines, stage presence, projection, cheating, and blocking on the stage. Children will learn collaboration as they work together to bring the scripts to life.
